Our family team can assess you for assistance with your legal fees from the legal aid agency, we also offer some fixed fee services as follows:

| £550.00 + VAT | = | Divorce fixed fee (Applicant) |
| £300.00 + VAT | = | Divorce fixed fee (Respondent) |
All other work is charged at an hourly rate dependent on the experience and expertise of our fee earners, those hourly rates are reviewed annually and are currently as follows:
| Sarah Carr | = | £260 plus vat |
| Lynsey Ree | = | £260 plus vat |
| Jordan Wallace | = | £178 plus vat |
| Annie Stocks | = | £133 plus vat |
You will be expected to pay in advance for any disbursements your case may incur such as court fees.
